Apercu allows you to visualize your heart rate during workouts stored on your device including those recorded by an Apple Watchâ„¢. With Apercu you can categorize and take notes for each workout and compare them as a group or view them individually. With Apercu you can track the consistency and intensity of your workouts.
The normal view displays a heart rate graph with ranges for Moderate and High Intensity along with an option to view the most intense period of exercise. The amount of time spent in each intensity range is shown along with other metrics such as distance, calories burned, etc. View the intensity of your workout, and how your heart rate changed throughout the workout.
The heat map displays a colorful view of the heart rate relative to the users estimated maximum heart rate. Blue shades indicate periods with a lower heart rate, while red shades indicate a higher heart rate. Perfect for visualizing longer workouts, interval training and performance during sports.
